Add the following ingredients to a saucepan of water:

 2 cloves of fresh garlic, finely diced

1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root, finely diced

1 Tablespoon fresh or dried thyme

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1 lemon (juice)

 Method:
